HB3994 would make massive changes to the voting system, establishing curbside voting as well as pushing vote by mail. This would include vote by mail ballots with insufficient postage.
The Illinois State Senate passed HB3994 on January 12, 2021 by a vote of 40 to 18. We have assigned pluses to the nays because mass vote-by-mail schemes enable electoral fraud, disenfranchising eligible voters. States should exercise their authority, under Article 1, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution, to implement free, fair, and secure elections, providing equal protection of the right of American citizens to vote.
