The following scorecard lists several key votes in the New Hampshire Legislature in 2023 and ranks their State Senators and House Representatives based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

Senate

1. Warrantless Arrest

Good Vote: No
SB58 Warrantless Arrest (Passed 14 to 9 on 3/30/2023). Allows a peace officer to make a warrantless arrest if they have probable cause to believe that an individual has committed a misdemeanor or violation.

2. Parents' Bill of Rights

Good Vote: Yes

SB272 Parents' Bill of Rights (Passed 14 to 10 on 3/16/2023). Underscores parents' fundamental rights in guiding the upbringing, education, and care of their minor children.

3. Minor Medical Records

Good Vote: Yes
SB253 Minor Medical Records (Passed 13 to 10 on 2/23/2023). Provides parents of minor children full access to their minor children's medical records.

4. State Health Insurance

Good Vote: No
SB263 State Health Insurance (Passed 24 to 0 on 3/9/2023). Extends the existence of the New Hampshire Granite Advantage Health Care Program.

5. School Choice Eligibility

Good Vote: No

HB367 Choice School Eligibility (Passed 14 to 10 on 6/7/2023). Increases school choice eligibility from an annual household income equal to or less than 350 percent of the federal poverty guidelines at the time of application, which is up from 300 percent.

6. Sanctuary City Ban

Good Vote: Yes
SB132 Sanctuary City Ban (Passed 13 to 10 on 3/30/2023). Prohibits any state or local government entity from establishing sanctuary policies.
