The following scorecard lists several key votes in the New Jersey Legislature in 2022-2023 and ranks their assemblymen and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

General Assembly
1. Affirmative Action Farmer Registry
S773 Affirmative Action Farmer Registry (Passed 74 to 4 on June 29, 2022). Establishes a New Jersey Minority, Women, and Underserved Farmer Registry.
2. $5.2 Billion Debt Defeasance Fund
S2944 $5.2 Billion Debt Defeasance Fund (Passed 46 to 34 on 6/29/2022). Moves almost 5.2 billion dollars to the "New Jersey Debt Defeasance and Prevention Fund."
3. $45 Million Electric School Bus Program
A1282 $45 Million Electric School Bus Program (Passed 47 to 31 on 5/26/2022). Would allocate 45 million dollars over three years to the purchase and maintenance of electric school busses.
4. Mandatory Implicit Bias Training
A1719 Mandatory Implicit Bias Training (passed 58 to 18 on 2/28/2022). Mandates that individuals who serve in the legislature must undergo implicit bias and cultural competency training.
5. Attacking Gun Rights
A509 Attacking Gun Rights (Passed 50 to 28 on 6/29/2022). Changes the minimum eligible age from 18 to 21 that an individual must be to purchase firearms.
6. Ballooning Budget
Ballooning Budget (Passed 48 to 30 on 6/29/2022). Appropriates $50,640,229,000 in State funds and $24,082,639,850 in federal funds for the State budget for fiscal year 2022-2023.
