The New York State Assembly passed SB2987 on June 10, 2021 by a vote of 110 to 39. We have assigned pluses to the nays because racism is not a public health crisis and this resolution embraces the left’s woke Marxist agenda. This is an unconstitutional use of taxpayer dollars that and will create even more division.
