S03468 establishes the office of racial equity and social justice to establish, oversee, manage, coordinate and facilitate the planning, design and implementation of the state’s racial equity and social justice action plan.
The New York State Senate passed S03468 on May 11, 2022 by a vote of 42 to 20. We have assigned pluses to the nays because the left has been promoting woke radical Marxist ideas for years regarding race and sexual orientation. The government and taxpayer dollars should not be embracing these ideas.
