HJR1032 Con Con (Passed 31 to 11 on 4/20/2023). Applies to Congress, under the provisions of Article V of the U.S. Constitution, to call for a term limits amendment.

2. ERIC Prohibition

Good Vote: Yes

HB2052 ERIC Prohibition (Passed 39 to 5 on 4/25/2023). Enacts provisions making it difficult for Oklahoma to join ERIC.

SB212 Property Ownership (Passed 40 to 6 on 5/19/2023). Stipulates that individuals who are not citizens of the United States are prohibited from directly or indirectly owning land in the state.

4. State-Subsidized Sports Teams

SB13 State-Subsidized Sports Teams (Passed 31 to 13 on 5/24/2023). Increases the payment period for certain qualifying entities within the sports teams and clubs industry from 15 years to 30 years as it relates to the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program Act.

SB93 Forced Student Loans (Passed 37 to 8 on 3/9/2023). Requires students to complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to graduate from a public high school.

6. Minor Gender Reassignment Surgery

Good Vote: Yes

SB613 Minor Gender Reassignment Surgery (Passed 37 to 8 on 4/27/2023). Forbids healthcare providers from performing gender transition procedures on minors.
