The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Vermont Legislature in 2021-2022 and ranks their State Senators and House Representatives based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

4. Environmental Justice
S148 Environmental Justice (Passed 28 to 1 on 3/29/2022). Establishes an environmental justice policy for the State of Vermont, which would require State agencies to have new environmental-justice-related responsibilities, establish the creation of a State environmental justice mapping tool, and establish a 17-member Advisory Council on Environmental Justice.
