The following scorecard lists several key votes in the Wyoming Legislature in 2023 and ranks state representatives and senators based on their fidelity to (U.S.) constitutional and limited-government principles.

House of Representatives

1. Con-Con

Good Vote: No

SJ11 Con-Con (Rejected 21 to 41 on 2/27/2023). Would apply to the United States Congress for a Convention of the States to propose amendments to the United States Constitution.

2. Health Mandate Jurisdiction

Good Vote: Yes

HB143 Health Mandate Jurisdiction (Rejected 29 to 32 on 2/8/2023).  Prohibits health mandates and requirements by federal and nongovernmental health organizations

3. Food Freedom Act

Good Vote: Yes

SF102 Food Freedom Act (Passed 62 to 0 on 2/21/2023). Removes government restrictions on the sale of food products.

4. Wyoming Sovereignty

Good Vote: Yes

HB212 Wyoming Sovereignty (Rejected 27 to 35 on 2/6/2023). Creates standing committees to review all federal actions.

5. Eminent Domain

Good Vote: Yes

HB106 Eminent Domain (Rejected Veto Override 38 to 24 on 2/27/2023). Reintroduces a moratorium on the utilization of eminent domain for wind energy collector systems.

6. Large Project Funding

Good Vote: No

SF106 Large Project Funding (Passed 50 to 12 on 2/21/2023). Allocates funds to nine new projects.
