SF101 Legal Tender Act (Passed 16 to 15 on 2/2/2023). Requires the state treasurer to provide for the payment of taxes with gold and silver.
3. Food Freedom Act
SF102 Food Freedom Act (Passed 30 to 1 on 2/22/2023). Removes government restrictions on the sale of food products.
4. Eminent Domain
HB106 Eminent Domain (Passed 18 to 12 on 2/16/2023). Reintroduces a moratorium on the utilization of eminent domain for wind energy collector systems.
5. Sex Changes for Minors
SF111 Sex Changes for Minors (Passed 22 to 9 on 2/2/2023). Criminalizes gender-affirming medical care, encompassing the provision or assistance of hormone blockers, hormone therapy, or gender-affirming surgery to a minor.
6. Large Project Funding
SF106 Large Project Funding (Passed 21 to 10 on 1/25/2023). Allocates funds to nine new projects.
